Workshops and Classes

Our workshops are typically 15 hours and are suitable for all learning levels, both new-comers and seasoned practitioners are welcome to dive deep within themselves.



Complete workshop programs includes:
  • Combination of gentle and vigourous postures as well as dynamic exercises
  • Powerful breathing techniques
  • Application of Yogic Knowledge
  • Simple tools for relaxation
  • Yogic perspective on attaining a balanced diet
  • Introduction to Ayurveda, the science of life 
  • Development of a personal practice

    Sri Sri Yoga workshops can be offered as a six-day workshop or six to eight week workshop. Please contact your country coordinator or search our workshop directory (currently available for US based courses) to find a workshop for you.
